No amount of alignment shims can make up the difference. This gentleman came in ranting and raving that he just got an alignment and his steering tires were worn clean off. Two minute inspection clarified the real problem. Trained alignment tech priceless.

Repeat customer in the pit today,Rear bushings two cab mounts and away he goes. The second guy in Peterbilt 479 wanted a front end alignment. Since we did this before didn’t make sense of tire wear on steer. The problem in reality was a broken spring on right rear now it makes sense.Cab mounts yes we do them reluctantly.

Perfect alignment rears still get front wear outside shoulder passenger side, because without the proper thrust your still headed downhill. Fed Ex Monday 8 trucks this am. Hot sweaty plenty of sunshine no breeze with EvanGalvan

Beautiful 389 2022 in the pit today for starters 7/8 toe in doing considerable damage to steer tyre. Rear axle helping with truck pushing to right. Evan Galvan doing his best work today.

When you start your morning with a welded grease cap you know it’s a Spicer and entering turbulent waters, Kingpins were Kaiser spiral and when they’re starved of grease they’re extremely hard to remove. Thank goodness Evan Galvan and his ability to cut pin into 1/2 inch wafers the heating process warms up end and 40 12 lb precise whacks and out she come. Pre Labor Day work glad to have it. Rust isn’t the right word for what we saw today almost had reverted back to iron ore lol

Resolving issues this weekend tie rod end replacement on a single axle spring ride day cab Mack. And then how did this not break in half. Steel and aluminum hold together pretty well at least it didn’t pull truck over. But did tweak rear axles a bit I say get a new fifth wheel though. With Evan Galvan
