Claremore Regional Airport is proud to celebrate the spirit of aviation embodied by those who have championed this industry. They have the courage to explore, the drive to innovate, and the belief that the sky holds opportunity.

We remember Will Rogers and Wiley Post not simply for how their story ended, but for the remarkable lives they lived and the lasting impact they made on Oklahoma and aviation.

✈️ We remain focused on carrying that legacy forward. One flight, one dream and one generation at a time.

This fall break, bring the kids to the Claremore Regional Airport 2026 Fly-In ! You never know, they may just be part of aviation’s next generation.

On this day, August 15, 1935, Will Rogers and Wiley post were killed in a plane crash in Alaska. We remember this tragic event while we celebrate and preserve his legacy.

We were thrilled to host the American Bonanza Society for their fly-in and meetup May 28-30, welcoming 13 Bonanzas and 27 visitors to our field. A huge thank you to two of our tenants, Ron Lessley and Dan Drew, for organizing such a fantastic gathering of these iconic aircraft!
