Where there’s a will, there’s a way!

Because the home’s architecture would not allow large furniture up the stairs, the team had to airlift pieces of a massive sectional and a heavy sleeper sofa all the way to the fourth floor. They also maneuvered a long marble-top dining table upstairs.

Well, did you know…

1. Easton was founded in 1710 because Talbot County needed a courthouse. The city was then built around the Talbot Courthouse.👨‍⚖️

2. Easton was home to a minor league baseball team called the Easton Yankees. Hall of famers Jimmie Foxx and “Home Run” Baker played for them. ⚾️

3. Much of the 2005 film “Wedding Crashers” was filmed at the Ellenborough Estate in Easton!🎥

4. Easton has many notable historic sites such as the Academy Art Museum, Tidewater Inn, and the Avalon Theatre. 🏤

5. Author Frederick Douglass, baseball hall of famer Harold Baines, and singer Maggie Rogers are a few notable celebrities from Easton. 🌟
