Curious about the water level on Cache Creek? We’re still paddling! These guests are paddling towards the lake and the wind is really helping. There’s no flow in the creek at this water level, only wind making it look like it! The Usual Suspects are still to be seen, such as deer, wild turkeys, river otters, white egrets, great blue herons, American white pelicans and turtles!

Clear Lake Boat Rental is part of Clear Lake Campground on Cache Creek in Lake County. Drought much? Yes and there is still plenty of water to go for a wonderful paddle on Cache Creek. You’ll see wildlife: egrets, great blue herons, cormorants, green herons, deer, wild turkeys, and maybe even ring necked pheasants. More Usual Suspects you may see are river otters and turtles.
