•Consider extending the new T-Hangar Rate Increase Increments from 3 years to 4 years

•Review and consider a proposed staffing solutions

✈️ We are so proud to celebrate Cleveland High School's aviation instructor Jeffrey Garrett, who has been selected for the prestigious Able Flight Class of 2026.

Mr. Garrett’s story is one of resilience, purpose, and unwavering belief in students. After surviving a life-changing accident that ended his path toward becoming a military pilot, he chose a new mission in education. Today, he is opening doors for students through aviation, securing grants, expanding opportunities, and reminding young people every day that their circumstances do not define their future.

Through this national honor, Mr. Garrett will become the first participant in Able Flight history selected to train as a Sport Pilot Instructor. This achievement will strengthen aviation opportunities for Cleveland High School students for years to come.

Congratulations, Mr. Garrett. Your impact reaches far beyond the classroom. 💙
