We are currently seeking an upbeat, responsible, and organized individual to join our close-knit team as a part-time Senior Move Manager® team member. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, flexibility, and variety, perfect for retirees or those looking for rewarding part-time work.
Duties
· Pack and un-pack as part of a team
· Coach clients through the sorting and decluttering process
· Take photos and box items for shipping or pick up
· Help Clients with donation and disposal of unwanted items
· Provide exceptional service and care with each move
Requirements
· Reliable transportation
· Absolute integrity
· Passion for helping others
· Patience, empathy and a gentle sense of humor (our clients can be stressed out)
· Flexibility
· Physical Stamina and the ability to lift and carry 35 lbs
· Ability to handle delicate items carefully
· Available to work 3+ days per week from 8 – 5
· Adapt to new situations, effectively problem solve, work independently with minimal supervision in a team environment
