I’ve never seen that many nails under the bars.
Whoever made this one was holding the skirts by nailing them to the underside of the bars.
Never in my life. Thankfully they brought it in for relining and repairs before putting it on a horse. Got it all taken care of and I redid it properly so we don’t have to worry about any of that.
