After a while great loads become the new normal. But we are constantly training our dispatch team so that we are always delivering our promise to the drivers - loads better than the market average.

Remember we were doing our quarterly IFTA for the drivers? We were wondering how many miles we drove and what are the average rates for our drivers. And now, looking at this statistics, I wanted to share it with you guys.
You know the market changes all the time, and it changes from region to region, but our goal is to always beat the current rates. This is all thanks to the hard work of all of our dispatchers, who are there every morning 🙏🏻
