Housekeeper / laundry Attendant:

BASIC FUNCTION & JOB DUTIES:

Performs a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards. Visually inspects rooms to assist in identifying maintenance items needed. Assists guests whenever possible by providing linens, terry, amenities or providing information as requested.

Ensures an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly guest service through discovering and responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude. Contributes to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for our diverse team and guests.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY :

Requires ability to follow verbal and written directions. Requires thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures as well as cleaning supplies. Requires ability to work without direct supervision. Provides excellent customer service.

Hotel Front Desk Clerk/Receptionist
We are looking for a front desk Clerk/Receptionist to join our diverse dynamic team at our Cochran Inn & Suites Hotel. Interested applicants MUST have exceptional customer service,Sales, Computer and basic mathematical skills.

Greet guests, Register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.
Ask for identification and ensure that the provided credentials are accurate.
Establish customer payment methods and process payments.
Communicate guest room problems to housekeeping and maintenance staff.
Take reservations over the telephone, in person and online.
Code and issue room keys.
Process payments, Record guests’ comments and complaints
Answer incoming telephone calls and provide information on hotel’s services.
Great opportunity for retired military or law enforcement officer.
Team player and must be available weekends & holidays.
Must have clean background
