A scenic square surrounded by cafes and painters all vying for your attention, you will feel as though you've stepped into a movie scene. It's the Paris we dream about with its bustling waiters, desperate artists, and music wafting through the air. Order dinner, enjoy the delightful chaos around you, then stroll through the square to admire the artwork before making your way back to your hotel. The perfect first night in Paris.

Feed baby reindeer!

Just 45 minutes from Anchorage, the Williams family reindeer farm offers the chance to hand-feed reindeer! We met two baby reindeer, pet fluffy Highland cows, took way to many pictures of the reindeer herd, and even met a few elk. This farm has a lot of fun things for children to explore and you could easily spend a few hours if you have little ones. Reindeer food is included with your admission tickets, so have fun feeding the animals!

Alaskan Sled Dogs!

This tour was the highlight of our trip. We visited Seavey's Ididaride kennels and met some seriously adorable athletes. Owned by the Seavey family who have several Iditarod champions among them, this tour was very interesting.

Our visit included a tour of the kennels, a ride on one of the summer training carts with a team of dogs, cuddle time with the puppies, and a demonstration of an Iditarod sled setup. overall, we rate this tour 10/10 if you are ever in Seward.
