We're excited to announce that the 2026 Alley Trail Classic is a UTMB Index Race in the 20km category. This means that runners who successfully complete this distance will receive (or update) their UTMB Index for this distance. This can gain you priority registration for future UTMB races (whether in the US or abroad).

This is index is used by over 8,000 races worldwide (including the UTMB races like Grindstone, Desert Rats, Mont Blanc, Tarawera, and more). As far as we can tell, we are currently the only UTMB Index race in Ohio through April 2027.

For nearly three years, we've been proud to partner with the Upper Arlington Police Division and Upper Arlington Parks & Recreation to support one of our community's most cherished traditions—Safety Town.

Since 2023, our team has provided year-round storage for the equipment used to operate Safety Town. We safely store the program's materials at our Service Center throughout the year and then deliver the container each summer so everything is ready when nearly 450 children arrive to learn life-saving safety skills.

Since 1971, Safety Town has helped children entering kindergarten and first grade build confidence through hands-on lessons in:
🚸 Pedestrian and traffic safety
🚒 Fire prevention
🚌 School bus safety
💧 Water safety
🐶 Animal safety
🛑 Personal safety
☠️ Poison and substance awareness

Programs like Safety Town make our communities stronger, and we're honored to play a small role behind the scenes by ensuring the equipment is secure, organized, and ready when it's needed.

Behind every successful championship is a team of partners helping make it happen.

UNITS Moving & Portable Storage of Columbus is proud to support HNS Sports and the 46th U.S. Senior Open Championship at Scioto Country Club from July 2–5, 2026.

As preparations continue for one of the most prestigious events in senior golf, our portable storage containers have been strategically placed throughout the property to provide secure, convenient storage for event operations, equipment, supplies, and logistics support.

Major events require precise planning, dependable partners, and flexible storage solutions. Our all-steel containers and ROBO delivery system allow us to place units exactly where they are needed while minimizing disruption to daily operations and event setup.

Summer break means project season for schools across Central Ohio!

While students are enjoying their summer vacation, maintenance teams and contractors are busy upgrading classrooms, replacing flooring, painting, renovating offices, improving HVAC systems, and preparing campuses for the new school year.
