***SWSC does it's best to present each horse as honestly as possible, but we make no guarantee on temperament, health, soundness, riding ability, etc. HEIGHT and AGE are APPROX based on a quick visual view of the horse. We determine approx age based on teeth (which is not an exact science) and the opinion of "true" age will vary from person to person. we may age them at 9-10 your vet may age them at 15-16 and your neighbor may tell you he/she is 5-6). Soundness issues that are permanent, but not visible to us here, are always a possibility as well. We do not know the history on these horses and cannot say if a horse has issues not visible to us that may impact a horses way of going. ALL HORSES ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS WITH NO GUARANTEE OR RETURNS. WE DO LIST ALL KNOWN INFORMATION AND ARE AS TRANSPARENT AS POSSIBLE
***It should be assumed that ANY mare purchased thru SWSC could be in foal. SWSC does NOT make any guarantee either way***
