Some of you who attended the event early this morning may have noticed that a pilot from out of town parked close to the entrance gate and had something inappropriate written on the side of his plane.

We want to apologize to all the families who may have seen that. Please understand it was taken care of as quickly as possible by several of the event organizers. That plane is no longer there.

Thanks for understanding. We pride ourselves on offering a safe, family-friendly, inclusive event.

Aircraft Arriving
Dinner with Live Music and Trivia at 6:00 p.m.
Menu: Ribs, Brisket, Potatoes, Mac&Cheese, Salad, Baked Beans, Dessert, Beverage. Cost, $35

Saturday, July 20
Aircraft Arriving
Aircraft Flying for Fun - bring a lawn chair and watch!
Breakfast at 7:00 a.m.
Taco Bar, 2-6 p.m.
Beer Garden
Food Booths
Vintage Car Show
Live music
Food Vendors on Site
Free Shuttle Bus Tours, with a local historian on board (Visit Concrete!)
Aero Camping

Arrival & Parking:
We use a higher-density, overlapping tail-to-tail parking system for the event. The ground crew will be reserving the southeast corner of the main parking area for antique, vintage, and classic aircraft. Other aircraft will park on the south side of the runway. Please monitor and communicate on 122.9 as you approach the airport. Upon landing, ground personnel will help you with parking and registration.

Accommodation & Food:
Camping is available at the airport next to your airplane. The Pilots' Lounge is open to the public and includes shower, restroom, and kitchen facilities. There will be food vendors at the airport on Saturday, and local restaurants/attractions in Concrete (a 15-20 minute walk or via our free shuttle bus).

Fuel Station:
Our fuel station has 100 LL aviation gas available. You are required to carry a minimum of liability insurance on your aircraft to participate in the Concrete Fly-In. Please utilize safety precautions at all times: Stay off the runway and behind the aircraft parking lines; if you must cross the runway, exercise caution. No low fast passes upon taking off are permitted.

FAQs from 2023 event
Q. Is car camping available at the airport for the Concrete Fly-In?
A. Camping at the airport is only for pilots. Fee is by donation.

Q. Thinking about coming for Saturday only. Is there any concern with arriving mid morning and leaving in the afternoon?
A. You're welcome to come and go as you wish.
