We love our drivers — and our passengers do too. Nothing makes us prouder than hearing that the person behind the wheel made your trip that much better. That's exactly the standard we hold every one of our drivers to, every single trip.

Not all charter bus companies are created equal — and after 23 years in the business, we know what actually matters when you’re moving a group. Here’s why booking with us is the easy choice:

1. Safety you can count on. Every driver is CDL-licensed and background-checked, and every vehicle passes rigorous DOT inspections before it hits the road.
2. A fleet for every group size. From a 3-passenger luxury sedan to a 57-passenger motor coach — we size the vehicle to your group, not the other way around.
3. No hidden fees. Every quote is all-inclusive — driver, fuel, tolls, and insurance are built in. The number you get is the number you pay.
4. 24/7 live dispatch. Plans change. When they do, a real person is on the line around the clock to handle it — not a chatbot, not a call center.
5. 23+ years of experience. 50,000+ successful trips and a 4.9-star Google rating. We’ve been doing this long enough to get it right every time.

Not every trip needs a full-size coach. Our executive sprinter vans are built for exactly that. Premium leather seats, privacy glass, fold-flat tables, individual climate zones, and a formally trained chauffeur. Everything you'd expect from business-class travel, on the road.

Whether it's an airport transfer, a client pickup, or a corporate offsite, the sprinter van keeps things professional from the moment you step in. Up to 14 passengers. All the right amenities. None of the hassle. ✔️

Curious what a trip with Holiday Coach might cost? 🚌

There’s no one-size-fits-all rate. Your quote can depend on things like how far you’re traveling, how long you’ll need the vehicle, the size of your group, the type of vehicle you need, and whether you’re looking for hourly, daily, or mileage-based transportation.

The good news: we’ll help you figure out what makes the most sense for your trip and give you a clear quote upfront.

Good transportation is about more than just getting from one place to another. When your team travels with us throughout a season, having a familiar driver can make a big difference. You get to know each other, your driver gets to know your team, and over time, that familiarity turns into trust. It’s one of the things that makes team travel with us feel a little easier.
