A city I’ll never forget! 🇵🇹✨

Porto was one of those cities where I honestly wondered, “Is this really going to be worth going to?” 🤔 Well, let me tell you… it has become one of my favorite European cities I’ve ever visited. Easily a 10/10. I highly recommend it! 🙌

From the moment I arrived, there was just something special about it. The architecture is stunning 🏛️, the people are incredibly kind 😊, and the river views are absolutely breathtaking 🌊🌉. Every time you wander through the city’s small winding streets, it feels like there’s another hidden gem waiting around the corner ✨.

What I loved most was how authentic Porto feels. It’s not trying to be anything other than itself, and that’s what makes it so unforgettable ❤️. The last time a place made me feel this way was Portofino, Italy 🇮🇹… and honestly, Porto may have just surpassed it.

Some places are beautiful. Some places are fun. But every once in a while, you find a place that gives you a feeling you can’t fully put into words—and Porto is one of those places 🌅.

Watching the sunset over the Douro River with the colorful buildings glowing in the background was pure magic ✨🌇. It’s one of those views that stays with you long after you leave.

🇵🇹 Lisbon- The most important thing? Knowing where to stay. While Lisbon is very walkable, the neighborhood you choose can completely change your experience depending on the vibe you’re looking for.

✨ If you want a quieter, more elegant place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing, staying in Lapa is a must. You’ll be within walking distance of great restaurants, the river, beautiful architecture, and the stunning Igreja and Cemitério da Lapa (Church of Our Lady of Lapa). You’ll also be close to Parque da Lapa, the Parliament, and charming little squares filled with cafés and restaurants if you feel like wandering a bit farther.

🍸 If you want to be in the heart of the action, Bairro Alto is for you. It’s packed with walkable bars, nightlife, and fantastic restaurants, making it one of the liveliest areas in the city.

Today was one of those travel days that reminds you why exploring a new country is so special ✨🇵🇹 We spent the day on a private tour outside of Lisbon, starting in the charming coastal town of Cascais 🌊, where every street and ocean view felt like something out of a postcard.

From there we made our way to Cabo da Roca — easily one of the most breathtaking places I’ve ever seen 🌍🌊 Standing at the edge of the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean truly felt surreal.

We stopped for an amazing seafood lunch at Nortada Restaurant 🦞🍷 with beautiful panoramic views of the ocean while we ate. After lunch, we headed to magical Sintra 🏰, exploring the palace and wandering through Old Town Sintra with its colorful streets, historic buildings, and hidden little corners full of character.

What made the day even better was our tour guide — incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about Portugal’s history and culture 😊🇵🇹 I always recommend doing a private tour when visiting a new country. You learn so much more about the history of the region, discover local hidden gems you’d never find on your own, and get great recommendations for the rest of your trip ✨
