Cornucopia Airport

Really excited to be getting this new (used condition) mower deck for the airfield. At 11’ wide, it should mow the airfield pretty quickly. Thanks to the RAF and their supporters for this generous donation.

Another improvement is on the way at Cornucopia Field (23W)! 🌱✈️

Wisconsin Ambassador Luke Lachendro was recently awarded an RAF grant to help fund a new batwing mower for the airfield. RAF Director Jeff Russell also played an important role in making the project possible, helping secure the mower and coordinate additional funding pledged by RAF Supporters.

This new equipment will help keep Cornucopia Field maintained and ready for recreational pilots for years to come.

Congratulations to Luke and Jeff, and a big thank you to the RAF Supporters who helped make it happen! 👏
