I had planned to put up a list of the buses that ran in reverse, but I didn't consider just how hard it would be to sort that out clearly. ASPEN is now loading bus information, so you will see a drop off estimate. Keep in mind that those times are perfect scenarios, it assumes yours will be the first at the school to leave, no traffic, no delays what-so-ever. Also, the first week of school (including next week when K starts) always runs extra late! We don't leave the school until we know exactly where everyone is going!

We are truly trying to do our best to respond to voicemails. At this point in time, the stops are what they are. We cannot continue to make changes two days before school starts. The drivers need to practice their routes as is. If we need to make changes and adjustments once the dust settles, we will.

Many people are leaving multiple messages and we are trying to call back but voicemails are full. The more information you leave on a voicemail the better.  If you only leave your name and your phone number, and you don't answer the phone when we call back the message is getting deleted. There are only two of us in the office and we are still routing kids on mini buses and pre-K students. The phones ring nonstop and we are doing the best we can. We need your child's name address for bus stops, phone number, grade, school, and the reason for your call. At least that way if we call you back and you don't answer, we can at least leave a voicemail hopefully answering your question.
As casual as it is Facebook messenger is the most efficient way to get a response. I am checking that throughout the day and I can usually give a quick answer.

I told Mr. Cowart that sending the bus routes is like hitting that big red button on the panel that sets off military strikes. I had to just hold my breath and get er' done!

Lots of bus number changes this year, so don't assume yours will be the same as last year. We do not post PM times because we would never get them right - there are too many variables. Basically - be ready at the bus stop in the amount of time it would take you to drive to the school until after Kindergarten starts and everything smooths out.

Please do not call and ask us to move or return a bus stop. If we missed you out in the western end, or on Colvintown, Hope Furnace, Station - or one of those other non-walkable roads - send a message before Monday with your child's name, school and address and we will get it added before Wednesday.

Mini Bus families - you will get a call from your driver by Monday afternoon with an estimated pick up/drop off time. Make sure you check your voicemail messages!

Routing Pandemonium 🚨 has taken over our office!!! We're treading in a sea of route-filled chaos, and our phones are on silent mode 📵. We're in Hyper Focus Mode 🔍. Voicemails will be answered, but route details are still not specific🤐. We're geeking out over our brand-spanking-new routing software, and let's just say it's an exciting challenge 🤯. We're re-routing, re-timing, and re-doing everything from scratch 🎨. It's a tedious adventure, but we're uncovering and fixing old issues left and right 🔍. Routes won't be ready until the week before school starts, but trust us, it'll be worth the wait 🙏. Thanks for bearing with us! 😊
