Good Morning,

Looking back at our page, I realized we have not posted much recently.

Thought it was important to recognize our great team of dedicated drivers, office and maintenance staff for keeping us moving forward each and every day. Not the most glamorous jobs but they are each rewarding in there own ways.

Thank you for your dedication to the students of Crosby-Ironton School District, Crosslake Community School, Brainerd Public Schools.

Good morning,

Buses will be running on there normal schedule time today Crosby-Ironton School District, Crosslake Community School and Brainerd Public Schools.

That does not mean the bus will be at your stop at the scheduled time, as snow packed roads are very slippery and may require more time. Our drivers will be making some on the fly decisions with regarding the ability to safely travel these roads and turn around location. Please call if you have questions.

With school starting on Tuesday morning, I want to thank our dedicated staff for all they do. We have been blessed to have a number of new drivers join our team.

Due to the added staff, we will be running bus routes just like last year. We have made adjustments as needed for new student stops. Check the Stopfinder App for the most up to date information.

Bus schedules are posted on the Stopfinder App. If you have not received an invite, please let us know.

We have been on the search for School bus drivers for many years. We have become very creative in arranging routes and activity trips to accommodate the needs of student transportation for Crosby-Ironton School District and Crosslake Community School. We have tried numerous strategies of finding staff to fill positions.

At this time we are 4 drivers short for the upcoming school year.

I just thought you should know, with the lack of staff we will not be able to provide services to all families at all times. We need your support to provide transportation for all of our students. These are your communities and your children.

Our current plan is to cancel routes on a rotating basis. Parents will be notified which route(s) will be canceled. Parents will be notified via the Stopfinder app.

Stop by our office at any point in time to test drive a bus. We would love to have you join our team.

As the summer quickly disappears. Be advised, we have removed all juniors and seniors from all bus routes. If they require a ride to school, contact our office to update your needs.
