“How did you become a travel advisor?”
I get asked this a lot—and the truth is, it’s been a long time coming.
My love for travel started early. Growing up in Thailand, my widowed mom would pile all four of us kids into a van—sometimes sleeping on the floor—and take us on trips across the country, from beachside escapes to misty mountain adventures. Those memories became the foundation of how I view travel: as something deeply bonding, joyful, and transformative.
In my young adult years, I backpacked solo through Europe after meeting up with my mom and brother in England. That trip lit a fire in me—a love not just for seeing the world, but for inspiring others to do the same, especially families. I even started a family travel blog (back when blogs were still a thing!) and collaborated with companies ranging from Disney to luxury hotels.
I loved researching destinations, planning the perfect itinerary, and hearing about people’s travel stories. But at the time, it didn’t occur to me that there was a real need for travel advisors. After all—who doesn’t love planning their own trip?
Then came 2020. Like many of us, I was forced to slow down and reflect. And with that space came clarity: What if I could build a business that combines everything I love—travel, planning, helping others, and meaningful connection?
So I jumped in.
What began as a passion project is now a boutique travel agency I’m incredibly proud of. I get to create custom, stress-free, memory-making trips for families, couples, and professionals who are short on time but big on dreams.
And I’m so thankful—for every client, every friend, and every supporter who helped me get here.
