Hey there! Kristy again. Got a couple of things for everyone. First, if anyone has any pictures of my dad, could you please send them to me in messenger so I can print them out? We’re putting together picture boards, so any photos are appreciated.

Also, I’m not sure if anyone intended on helping with food. No one has gotten back to me except family and maybe a couple other people. I will make a list of what we have covered. If anyone plans on bringing anything, please let me or Paul E Bicking Jr. know. It is a CASH bar but we will have bottles of water available.

Here’s the list of what we have:
Fried chicken
Italian Beef (no buns, so if someone would like to bring buns and peppers)
Mostacolli
And mini cheesecakes

Again, please message us and let us know by next Wednesday March 11 so I can do some shopping next Thursday and Friday before Saturday’s event. Hope to see everyone Saturday.

Hi it’s Kristy again. Me and Paule have looked for the best way to do this. So we’ve decided on dad’s celebration to be Saturday March 14, 2020 at 12pm still at Top Fuel Saloon. We basically have been trying to accommodate everyone including ourselves. This gave us a little more preparation time.

We have a very special someone coming for this so we are looking to change the date for him to possibly 2/15 or 2/22. Again will keep you updated!

Hi this is Kristy, Paul’s daughter. As many have heard, he passed away Thursday 1/30/2020 shortly before 1130pm. His wishes were to not have a wake or funeral, instead he chose to have a celebration of life party at Top Fuel Saloon. As of now our tentative date looks like February 15, 2020 in the afternoon with Convoy performing later that night. We do understand it is also the Marine’s comedy show, so we’ll understand if many cannot attend or stay long.

Myself and my brother Paule both very well understand that our father never served in the military, but he was a huge supporter and very patriotic man. He bled Red, White, and Blue. There were countless numbers of send-offs, welcome homes, benefits, and charity work that he gave his time too. Just as we did with my mom, we would like to give him a flag line. It’s just a small token of appreciation to the man who has stood by so many people in their times of need or shown his support to our local community.

As far as food or drinks goes, if anyone would like to donate that day please contact Freak, myself, or Paule. I will keep a list so I can relay the message to the other 2.

Lastly, if anyone who comes still have a Grillin’ for Freedom shirt or any attire pertained to Grillin’ for Freedom, please do wear it. That was his creation, his everything. Grillin’ for Freedom stood for so much more than just a “big ass man-made grill”. Everyone in our local communities knew exactly what/who you were referring to if you mentioned that grill and fire truck. He would be honored to know how many people still support him even after his death. This was his legacy.

Again, this date is just tentative. We still have a few loose ends to tie up and I will continue to keep everyone updated.

What's everybody doing today? Did you have Christmas with your family yesterday and you're just sitting around today? Come hang out with us! Grillin' For Freedom will be up at Top Fuel today grilling turkeys and there's plenty to go around! Food is free and starts at 2pm. Come eat and spend the day with us or grab some food to take home to your family! Merry Christmas!
