We’ve been covering some miles across Kentucky this week!

Yesterday, our team was working in Western Kentucky, and today we’re heading north to service a repeater system. Tomorrow, we’ll be back in Southern Kentucky installing a repeater antenna on a tower!

Now, we just need a project in Eastern Kentucky to round out the week!

Another Communications Upgrade in Southern Kentucky!

Congratulations to a county in Southern Kentucky that is making the full-time transition to digital radio communications for its fire operations this morning!

This upgrade has been a long time coming, and we’re proud that Betner Communications LLC was able to play a role in helping make it happen.

Reliable communications are critical for our first responders, and moving to a properly designed digital system is another step toward providing fire personnel with the dependable communications they need when it matters most.

The staff of Betner Communications LLC extends our deepest condolences to the family, friends, fellow Troopers, and loved ones of Kentucky State Police Trooper Hayden Phillips, KSP U/369.

The loss of a law enforcement officer is felt far beyond the agency they serve. It is felt throughout the public safety community and across the communities they dedicated themselves to protecting.

We are grateful for Trooper Phillips’ service to the Commonwealth of Kentucky and for the commitment he made each day to protect and serve others.

During this incredibly difficult time, our thoughts and prayers are with the Phillips family and the entire Kentucky State Police family as they mourn the loss of one of their own.

May Trooper Hayden Phillips be remembered for his service, his sacrifice, and the lives he touched along the way.

Another long day in the books but we don’t leave until the job is done right!

We started at 8:00 AM Central Time, and now, at 11:00 PM, we’re finally heading home.

Our commitment is simple: we stay until the equipment we’re responsible for is working properly and we’re confident our customer is taken care of.

Today’s work went beyond communications equipment. We were also happy to assist with the installation of new furniture, including disassembling the old desks, removing the existing equipment, and reinstalling everything onto the new furniture.

At Betner Communications LLC, taking care of our clients isn’t just something we say it’s how we do business. Whether it takes a few hours or turns into a 15-hour day, our goal is to leave knowing the job was completed properly and our customer has what they need.

Taking care of our clients is what we do and we’d love the opportunity to take care of you.

Another busy day in Southern Kentucky for the Betner Communications team!

Today, we have scheduled multiple projects for our customers across the region. One of our stops included installing and programming a Mototrbo radio for a city transit system, connecting them to our wide-area Betner Communications radio network and providing reliable communications as their vehicles travel throughout the coverage area.

We are also assisting a county 911 center with the addition of a third dispatch position to their communications console, helping expand their capabilities and giving their team additional flexibility as their needs continue to grow.

From a single mobile radio to dispatch consoles and wide-area radio systems, we appreciate every opportunity we’re given to serve our customers.

Most importantly, thank you to our customers for your continued business and the trust you place in Betner Communications. We don’t take that trust for granted, and we’ll continue working hard to provide dependable communications and customer service throughout Southern Kentucky and beyond.

Today, the Betner Communications LLC team is working alongside Loudon Communications and, of course, our most important crew member of the day — Clucky the Chicken 🐔 — to troubleshoot and repair tornado warning sirens for a county fiscal court.

Maintaining outdoor warning sirens takes teamwork, troubleshooting, and occasionally a little extra supervision. Without Clucky’s help and cooperation, we’re pretty sure getting these broken sirens back in service would be absolutely impossible!

All jokes aside, we’re glad to be working alongside another communications company to help maintain this important piece of its public warning infrastructure.

At Betner Communications, we’re always proud to work with other professionals in the industry and do whatever it takes to help keep critical communications and warning systems operational.
