We love our community, but illegal dumping - not so much! Dumping furniture or trash on side roads or fields hurts the community and creates real hazards.
Got bulky items or extra junk? Utilize one of our three (3) Tulare County Clean Ups or two (2) City of Dinuba Clean Ups to dispose of bulky items or extra junk. Give Pena’s Disposal a call for more information on upcoming Clean Ups and what’s allowed.

Don’t let your old mattress or box frame sit in the garage or end up illegally dumped. We accept mattresses and box springs for FREE through the Mattress Recovery Program managed by the Mattress Recycling Council! Started by the Bye Bye Mattress initiative, you pay a fee when you purchase a new mattress and that fee covers the FREE drop-off at our Cutler Facility.

• Eco-Friendly: up to 75% of mattress materials (Steel, foam, wood) can be recycled into new products.

Effective August 1st, 2026, we will be accepting Covered Battery-Embedded Products (CBEP) dropped off at our Cutler and Dinuba Recycle Centers at no charge. SB 1215 requires consumers to pay a 1.5% fee when purchasing CBEP products; CBEP products contain a battery that is not easily removed in commonly used devices. Some of these items include cell phones, wireless ear buds, smart watches, cameras, and more commonly, computer accessories such as printers, personal care devices, kitchen devices, and appliances. Items that are excluded are e-cigarettes/vapes, motor vehicles, certain medical devices and any device that is already covered under California’s SB20 program.
