Long time ago I decided I wasn't going to work in the corporate world for a long time.
I was tired of working long and stressful hours but even more tired of not being able to think for myself.
After working for some time , I decided it was time to pursue my dream as a full-time entrepreneur..
But how can I leave the job that puts food on my table to start my own business?
What if I failed?
Where do I start from?
The fear of the unknown has crippled a lot of people and got them stuck in jobs they hate.
But i went ahead to quit my job and started my own business
My first venture was to go into Frac sand Hauling
But after 3 months, it failed.
Because of my determination to succeed , I wasn't going to let failure discourage me.
I took a shot at Box trucks and Dry Vans.
I did some research, reached out to friends, formed partnerships with owner operators to build a large network
I’m not where I want to be yet but I have accomplished a lot within 4 years of operation.
One of the most satisfying feelings you get as an entrepreneur is the ability to create employment opportunities for the unemployed.
I’ve hired and worked with dozens of truck drivers, dispatchers and back office staff over the years.
As a startup business, I still work long hours but now I have more job satisfaction.
So what do I do?
Create greater supply chain efficiencies
Are you having trouble finding trucks during turbulent times?
I can help- With my network of over 50,000 carriers , I provide the capacity , flexibility, and efficiency to get your freight to their destination, while reducing your freight damage claims.
