Logistics in Action: CH-47 Relocation Challenge
Our client requested a single point of contact for the CH-47 logistics project relocation. During a thorough site review—days before our scheduled truck and crane arrival, we identified a critical issue that required immediate resolution to avoid delays.
The designated exit gate was too narrow for safe equipment departure. While we sometimes exit through entrance gates when they offer more clearance, this site presented a unique challenge. We located an alternative gate about a mile away on the property that could accommodate our needs, but the real obstacle wasn’t just the gate width.
The keypad access system posed a greater constraint than the gate itself. By proactively addressing both physical and operational barriers, we ensured a smooth and timely relocation.
