✨ A little extra magic starts long before you arrive at Walt Disney World! 🏰

I’m so excited to have booked the W family’s FIRST Walt Disney World vacation together! ❤️ One of my favorite parts of being a travel advisor is getting to know each family and helping them create a vacation that fits their unique needs, interests, and travel goals.

Initially, this family was considering Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. After learning more about their daughter’s interests, I shared why Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort could be an especially great fit for this trip! 🌺 They decided to save Animal Kingdom Lodge for a future visit, and I couldn’t be more excited about the plans we’ve made so far!

✨ A few personalized touches we're planning:
- A theme park view room at the Polynesian to help their daughter enjoy the fireworks in a way that better accommodates her needs.
- A water view room at the Grand Floridian so they can enjoy the beautiful views from their private balcony.
- Exploring travel insurance options, navigating Lightning Lane questions, and identifying the best room requests.
- Coordinating airport transportation and grocery delivery.
- Planning ahead for their daughter's medical and nutritional needs so the family can feel more prepared and confident throughout their vacation.

💜 One thing Disney does really well: food allergies!

On my most recent trip to Walt Disney World, I navigated avoiding dairy for the first time because of my seven-month-old’s intolerance.

Before this, I loved eating out and trying new foods. But since having to avoid dairy, dining out has become stressful, including deciphering menus, explaining the allergy, making sure it’s taken seriously, and sometimes needing to speak with a chef about ingredients.

But knowing what I’ve learned through my role as a travel advisor about how well Disney handles food allergies, I actually couldn’t wait to eat at Disney and see if it lived up to everything I’d heard.

It absolutely did. 💜

Every restaurant took my dietary restriction seriously and offered the opportunity to speak with a chef. They were able to confirm ingredients, and some even provided a handout listing the ingredients in each food item.

Even Mobile Order was easy! Many Quick-Service locations have allergen menus for the major allergens, making it much easier to find safe options.
I also loved that my allergy-friendly meals came out with a purple pick and purple tray (Quick-Service), signaling that the order had been prepared as an allergy-friendly meal.

The best part? I got to enjoy foods I hadn’t been able to in a long time, including pizza, waffles, pancakes and more! 🍕🧇🥞

After months of dreading eating out, it was a relief to sit down, enjoy my food, and not have to worry quite as much whether it was safe, and to have options to choose from too.

I’m so grateful Disney puts so much effort into accommodating guests with food allergies and making dining a more enjoyable and safe experience. 💜

One of my biggest Disney-with-a-baby reminders is to utilize the Baby Care Centers! 🍼🏰

On our recent trip to Walt Disney World, the Baby Care Centers in each park were such a huge help. They gave us a comfortable, cool and private place to escape the heat (and the rain!), feed my son, and get him changed without trying to do everything in a busy park bathroom.

And they have SO much more than just changing tables! Each Baby Care Center includes:

🍼 Private nursing room with chairs
👶 Changing room with tables
🚻 Restroom facilities
📺 Feeding area with high chairs, seating & TV
🍽️ Kitchenette with microwave & sink

They also sell many baby essentials, such as baby food, juice, diapers, wipes, sunscreen, over-the-counter medications, clothing and formula (subject to availability).

They’re complimentary to use and open during regular park hours, so if you’re visiting Disney World with a baby or toddler, definitely add the Baby Care Centers to your mental Disney map! 💙

🏰 We just returned home from our family’s Walt Disney World trip, and I can’t wait to share all the things we were able to do, what we learned, and a few tips from experiencing Disney with a baby. ✨

But first, I wanted to share a conversation that really stayed with me.

After a late night at the parks, I boarded the bus holding my six-month-old son. There were no seats available, but a kind couple from Wisconsin immediately offered me theirs. We started talking, and the woman told me she remembered those days. Her two children are now in their 20s, and she shared that they’ve been bringing their kids to Disney World every year since they were born.

Then she said something that really stuck with me:

“You don’t think they remember it, but they do.”

Disney World is so much more than the shows you watch, the food you eat, and the attractions you ride. It’s an entire experience that creates memories, feelings, and little moments that stay with you long after you’ve gone home.

At six months old, I honestly didn’t expect my son to get much out of this trip. But boy, was I wrong. The awe on his face watching the Disney Starlight parade, riding Frozen Ever After, and experiencing so many of those little Disney moments for the first time is something I’ll never forget.

Maybe he won’t remember every detail of this trip, but I will. And someday, I hope he’ll look back at the pictures and stories and know that this was the beginning of a family tradition.

Because the magic isn’t just in what they remember. It’s in what we remember with them. And I have a feeling he’ll remember more than we think. ❤️💫

One of my favorite parts of being a travel advisor is getting to work with the same families again and again and watching their families and vacations grow along the way. ❤️

I’m so excited to be helping this family plan their THIRD trip in a row at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort! 🌴✨

This trip is extra special because they’ve decided to make it a multi-generational family vacation, with everyone from toddlers and elementary-aged children to grandparents joining in on the fun.

Coronado Springs continues to be the perfect fit for their family, with beautiful grounds, great dining options, an amazing pool, and plenty of space to relax after busy Disney park days.

Their group also includes a retired military veteran this time around, so I’ll be keeping an eye out for any military promotions that may be released for 2027! 🇺🇸

I’m so excited to help them every step of the way and make planning a large family vacation as stress-free as possible. I can’t wait to see this family make even more Disney memories together! 🏰❤️

I’m so excited and honored to share that I’ve been invited to join the first ever cohort of Keys to the Castle Travel's Keyholder Collective! ✨🔑

The Keyholder Collective is an exclusive group within KTTC made up of select advisors who have demonstrated a commitment to going above and beyond for clients, consistently performing at a high level, and contributing to the success of the agency.

Being invited into this group is incredibly meaningful to me because it represents both recognition for what I’ve accomplished so far and an investment in what I’m capable of becoming!

I’m especially excited to collaborate with such an ambitious group of travel advisors who are committed to helping one another grow, learn, and find ways to better serve our clients. Together, we’ll continue developing as leaders, teammates, and travel advisors.
