The Disney Parks Blog has started dropping hints that announcements for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Disney Jollywood Nights are coming - TOMORROW?! 👀🎁

If you’re dreaming of snow on Main Street at Walt Disney World , holiday fireworks, rare characters, festive treats, exclusive entertainment, and all the Christmas feels, these are two events you won’t want to miss.

And knowing Disney, there may be a few surprises sprinkled in as well! 🎅🏼✨

Historically, the first holiday parties begin around the second week of November, making now the perfect time to start planning your holiday getaway.

✨ Apparently, I have to pick one... but honestly, why would I want to? 😆

One of my favorite things about Disney vacations is that there isn’t a “right” answer—just different kinds of magic.

🎡 Disneyland – The park that started it all. Walkable, nostalgic, charming, and packed with attractions in a way no other Disney destination can match.

🏰 Walt Disney World – The ultimate Disney escape. Four theme parks, two water parks, incredible resorts, endless dining, and enough magic to keep you coming back year after year.

🚢 Disney Cruise Line – Disney magic with ocean views. World-class service, Broadway-style entertainment, amazing dining, character experiences, and the chance to wake up somewhere new each morning.

The truth? I love all three for completely different reasons. Some trips call for a quick Disneyland getaway. Others deserve a full Walt Disney World adventure. And sometimes the answer is simply setting sail and letting Disney take care of the rest.

✨ 46 days until I step aboard the Disney Treasure! ✨

This will be Disney ship no. 5 for me, and I couldn’t be more excited! 🚢💙

So far I’ve sailed:

⚓ Disney Fantasy
⚓ Disney Wish
⚓ Disney Destiny

With Disney Treasure up next, I’ll only have the Disney Dream and Disney Wonder (Alaska sailing next summer!) left to check off my Disney Cruise Line list... and maybe someday the Disney Adventure in Singapore! 🌏✨

One thing I always tell people: Disney Cruise Line isn’t just for KIDS. I’ll be sailing once again with 2 of my best friends/coworkers, and we absolutely love experiencing these ships as adults.

Some of our favorite cruise moments happen in the adult-only spaces—starting the day with coffee and ocean views at Cove Café, Espresso Martini’s in the Cove Café, relaxing by the adults-only pool, enjoying amazing dinners, and then staying up far too late for karaoke, bingo, trivia, comedy shows, live music, and plenty of laughter.

Add in Broadway-style entertainment, beautiful lounges, exceptional service, and the chance to completely unplug from everyday life, and it’s easy to see why we keep coming back.

Every Disney ship has its own personality, unique spaces, and magical touches, which is exactly why I love experiencing them all. Whether you’re traveling with kids, as a couple, with friends, or even solo, there’s truly something for everyone onboard.

A few fun details Disney just revealed:

🔋 The story takes place after Monsters, Inc. when laughter powers the city instead of screams.

🚪 Humans are finally being invited into Monstropolis for the very first time through a special celebration called 𝗛.𝗨.𝗠.𝗔.𝗡. 𝗗𝗮𝘆 (“𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲”)

🚶‍♀️ Guests will be able to explore the streets of Monstropolis, experience monster culture, and discover iconic locations from the film.

🍽️ Fan-favorite locations like Harryhausen’s restaurant and the Glob Theater 🎭 will be part of the land.

🤣The entire land centers around the idea that laughter brought monsters and humans together.

🏗️ Construction is moving quickly, with steel already rising behind the scenes as Monstropolis starts to take shape.
