My cousin Leroy Kelson is running for City Council in Riviera Beach, FL and can use your support whether you live local or have no idea where this tiny Jewel on the coast of Florida is located.

Leroy has been an instrumental difference maker in the city of Riviera Beach for many years. From his Literacy non profit to his other initiatives in the community Leroy I'd a young man that has turned his activism into leadership and is looking to make a difference as a member of the local city council.

Inflation surges to new high, small fleet per-mile profits turning negative.

Inflation reached a new 40-year high in June, according to data released Wednesday by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) soaring to 9.1%.

Experts had widely expected 8.8% but prices climbed 1.3% from May, marking the fastest pace of inflation since the end of November 1981, and the largest monthly increase in 17 years.

Inflation in June reached a surprise record-level, putting more pressure on consumers and motor carriers. More on CCJ.
