We are seeking Truck Drivers to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).
Mileage Rate- 0.65/mile
Pay- biweekly
Operating Area: Primarily Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, Georgia. Occasionally, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Florida, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas
Dedicated 24/7 dispatch and customer service teams working to provide Year Round Freight with the best loads
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
Properly track and document activity log
Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
Inspect truck before and after trip
Inspect vehicle and accessories to ensure safe operating condition
Review and understand shipping papers to determine the nature and special accommodations for each load
Operate vehicle in compliance with company and federal regulations
Pick up and deliver freight as scheduled
Communicate with dispatch and management regarding loads, accidents, damage, etc.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations including; driver logs, fuel purchases, mileage records, etc.
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic
Class A CDL
1-year OTR experience
Clean MVR
DOT physical
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
