We were saddened to hear of the death of Dr. Charles Doswell, III, on January 18th. While we had heard that he had health issues for a while, I think it was still a shock to hear that he had passed. He was a mentor to so many in his teaching at OU and work at NSSL He left a vast body of important work that stands as a monument to his many-decades-long career. He leaves his wife Vickie, his son Chad, and his daughter Heather.
