I won't try to intentionally bash other guitar shops but this work is unacceptable. I am very familiar with this particular shop and am surprised by how downhill their services have gone in the past few years. I am doing this repair as an act of goodwill to get this guitar the attention it deserves.

There are cracks across the bridge that will be addressed. They forgot to put the pickup wire back underneath the saddle after they horribly glued the bridge back on. And it appears instead of replacing the broken string nut they decided to glue it. My guess is they broke it during service.

Unacceptable. This customer should ask for their money back.

Another garage guitar turned into a stage-worthy guitar. Just because it's "cheap" doesn't mean it isn't worthy of making music.

I wish I could capture how beautiful this guitar is in person but it just doesn't justify. This beautiful Gretsch was this customer's dream guitar but it was playing more like a nightmare. After some TLC this plays as beautifully as it looks.

The infamous Gibson MK-72. This was an attempt to recreate something new and make improvements on the traditional Gibsons of this era. That backfired and this guitar has earned somewhat of a reputation among luthiers and enthusiasts. Needless to say it was only made a few years and is a little more of an odd rarity. Glad this one is back up and running but it took some time to get it there.

This '80s classic was left to rot in someone's garage but was given a second chance to live once again. Stripped it down, cleaned every bit, and it's playing better than factory.

This stunning came in with a bad preamp and left with a brand new preamp. What an absolute monster of a bass!

I wish customer service was as good as their hardware. Several emails and IG messages over the past month and not a peep. Disappointing.

This vintage Gibson LG0 was well played and well cared for. Removing the plastic bridge and replacing it with a wood one and refinishing the top really sets this one apart from others like it. Such a fun one.
