PSI Testing Historically known as the “Close-In” airport, we are located just 15 minutes from Downtown Dayton and 20 minutes from the National Museum of the US Airforce. Fun

Facts: We are home to the first ever Seaplane Base created by the Wright Brothers to test seaplane flying as well as EAA Chapter 48 that hosts the longest-running fly-in, Sunday Funday! We are proud to share our pattern with Dayton Aviation Services located on field providing flight training as well as Miami Valley Hospital’s CareFlight Helicopters stopping in at their maintenance shop. We offer full-service fueling of 100LL at our two fixed pumps as well as zero ramp fees, tie-down spots, and a courtesy car (call ahead for availability.) Our Office has a pilot supply shop to provide you with up-to-date Sectionals, FAR/AIMs, oil, and more! Plus, if you’re looking for a spot to take a Knowledge Exam or other tests, we offer both PSI and Kryterion testing. Whether you’re looking to stop in on your way or coming to Dayton for a visit, come fly I73! If you’re searching for a spot to have a group fly-in we’d love to have you, contact us for more details!
