Seakeeper Ride 600 install on this 2016 Boston Whaler 34’.

This client was set on refitting his vessel with the SK Ride and we were set on filling these massive trim tab pockets to make this happen. This process isn’t a small feat, requires structural fiberglass knowhow and skill.

We used coosa to fill the space and vacuum bagged it for the best bond with minimal voids. Layers and layers of fiberglass and tedious finish work to make it look like it came this way from the factory!

Quick run through of the process in progress of preparing this late 80s Mako Transom that had rotted out. This is the third transom this boat has had and everything before was made with plywood. We have installed one and a half inch Coosa. Once we ripped open the rear, we found that the stringers were also rotted out because they were made with balsa core. After rebuilding the stringers and Transom, we got to installing the Transom Bracket that the customer requested. all in all we had a phenomenal result in the Customer and family were very excited to get on the water.

2005 Pursuit 3480 full electronics overhaul. We stripped the 20 year old electronics and wiring from the vessel and started with all new modern Garmin electronics, Kraken 110” trolling motor with the Seaswivel XL, Autopilot, Lumitec lighting, Sionyx low light camera, Fusion audio, epoch lithium, victron dc-dc chargers, sterling 12-36v charger and full gloss black acrylics with branded logos and special touches throughout.

The clients were beyond happy as they felt they got a new modern vessel with all the newest tech. They got to be involved in the build process to fit their needs and special requests.
