Know the difference

Even with on the way please don't cut corners with the Tree Companies you hire. A disregard for safety during good times means they probably won't do things safely or properly when things get tough. WBTV News did a great story yesterday about trees and the storm and accidently showed you the difference. Baseball caps are not hard hats. No employee should ever be engaged in any form of tree work without proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Not only is it the moral responsibility of the employer to provide as safe a work environment as possible through training and providing safety equipment, it's also against the law to do this work without proper PPE! Please use an Arborist and not just a guy with a chainsaw!!

Living in the state of Florida we are many times under threat of hurricanes and tornadoes, so when looking for a company to take care of your tree care needs please do your homework and make sure whom ever you hire they carry the proper workers comp and liability insurance and are a respectable and reliable company. If not it could end up being very costly. We always recommend hiring a Certified Arborist Tree Company. You can find one by looking on International Society of arboriculture website www.isa-arbor.com (under find an arborist) to find one near you.
