The Dolphin Boat Club of Decatur, IL has been servicing boaters and their families since 1961. Located right next door to the Decatur Lake Patrol office, our members pull in and make port at the best docks on the lake. Dock 1 is equipped with a swim dock on the end, for those hot days you may not want to take the boat out, or can't, but still want to cool off in water. Near the entrance of dock 2

is our party deck, where we host our different events and members have dinner on those nights when its just too nice to go home. With being next to the Lake Patrol office we are only steps away from fully function restrooms with running water, that also serves as changing rooms for when you want to come out straight from the office. The Dolphin Boat Club is not just the best place to park your boat at night, it is a community within itself. We are fun loving group of people and are welcoming to anyone who will treat the club with respect. Hosting monthly events and get togethers is only part of the social atmosphere down on the docks. You can find many of our member volunteer in local lake events such as triathlon, where our members act as rescue water vehicles if needed. With being a Dolphin Boat Club member, you not only get access to these great facilities, but access to become part of something even greater... the Dolphin Community! With great days of great weather, great water, and great people, comes great enjoyment!

Good Monday morning to everyone. I wanted to announce that we have 3 boat slips that we will be renting out for this year. You will not become a member but only pay annual rent for the hoist that you use. We will not be responsible if something happens to the hoist so keep that in mind. Sadly after this season our club will be no longer since the new docks are going into where our club has been for a long, long time. If you want to apply for one of the 3 spots, please inbox us and we will review your information and let you know if you have been chosen. Have a great day everyone!
