The coolest part of your day may have arrived by truck.

You might see a medical breakthrough, a favorite food, or an incredible moment in aerospace. Behind the scenes, specialized gases help make those things possible and experienced drivers help get those gases where they’re needed.

At GenOx, our work connects the road to industries people depend on every day. It takes specialized equipment, careful coordination, and people who understand the responsibility behind every delivery.

We’re proud of what we haul and what it helps make possible.

GenOx Transportation. Specialized gases. Everyday impact.

Not many drivers can say they’ve watched a rocket launch while on the job. At GenOx, that’s just one of the remarkable experiences our drivers have had along the way. 🚀

From the launch sites we help supply to the incredible places our routes take us across North America, our drivers get a firsthand look at the industries that depend on the critical gases we transport.

Moving these specialized products takes experience, professionalism, and a commitment to safety. And sometimes, the job comes with a pretty incredible view.

This isn’t ordinary freight, and you aren’t an ordinary driver.

At GenOx, investing in our people includes the work we do today and the future we’re building toward. Taking care of our team means investing in both today and tomorrow.

Recently, our GenOx leaders took part in conflict resolution training focused on listening, finding common ground, and moving conversations toward solutions. We also hosted an education and update session with our 401(k) provider so team members could learn more about planning for retirement.

One conversation helps us work better together today. The other helps our people plan for the years ahead. Taking care of our team means investing in both today and tomorrow

GenOx is headed to the North American CO₂ Summit 2026, September 14–16 in New Orleans!

If you’re attending, stop by our booth and say hello—or reach out to set up a time to chat with our team.

We look forward to connecting!

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the first responders and everyday heroes who answered the call, and stand with the families and communities forever changed by that day.

Twenty-five years later, the courage, sacrifice, and unity shown in the face of tragedy remain a powerful part of our nation’s story.

From all of us at GenOx Transportation, we will never forget. 🇺🇸

Driver Appreciation Week is September 13th-19th, and we’re proud to recognize the professional drivers behind every GenOx delivery.

Throughout the week, Deer Park will have food, snacks, games, and themed department displays, with celebrations happening across terminals throughout the GenOx network.

Our drivers do more than move freight. They handle specialized products, represent GenOx with our customers, and help keep critical industries supplied safely and reliably every day.

To every GenOx driver, thank you for the work you do, the responsibility you haul, and the role you play in keeping critical products moving safely and reliably.

Happy Labor Day from GenOx Transportation.

Today, we’re recognizing the drivers, dispatchers, operations teams, safety professionals, maintenance crews, and support staff behind the specialized transportation work we do every day.

Moving industrial gases and cryogenic products takes experience, coordination, and a team that understands the responsibility behind every load. From the road to the terminal, every role matters in keeping critical products moving safely and reliably to the industries that depend on them.

We’re proud of the people who make that possible.

Happy Labor Day from all of us at GenOx Transportation.

Jamie Baker has been part of the GenOx team since 2009, but his story with the company started with a conversation.

When Jamie was considering becoming an owner-operator, GenOx CEO Kevin Mathews gave him his word that what he had heard about GenOx was true. Jamie took the chance, joined the team, and has been here ever since.

That experience has taken him across the country, given him a front-row seat to rocket launches, and even allowed him to train and drive alongside his son.

Through it all, Jamie has brought the same approach to the job: know the product, take care of the equipment, build relationships with customers, and never rush the work.

We’re proud to have professionals like Jamie behind the wheel, helping GenOx move critical products safely and reliably every day.

“Laugh every day. It keeps you young and happy.” — Jamie Baker

Last month, August 18 marked Helium Discovery Day—the day in 1868 when helium was first detected in the spectrum of the sun.

More than 150 years later, helium is doing some pretty remarkable work here on Earth. From MRI machines and semiconductor manufacturing to aerospace, scientific research and other advanced technologies, helium plays a critical role in industries we depend on every day.

When helium is transported as a liquid, it gets really cold—approximately -425°F, just a few degrees above absolute zero.

Moving product under those conditions isn’t ordinary transportation. It takes highly specialized, high-value equipment, careful planning, experienced operations teams and professional drivers who understand cryogenics and the unique demands of the product they’re carrying.

The second-lightest element on Earth requires some seriously heavy expertise to keep it moving.

GenOx Transportation is proud to play a role in safely transporting helium and other critical cryogenic products every day.
