Customer shall pay I & D Trucking LLC Dumpster Services in accordance with established rates for the services provided. C
ustomer shall be liable for all taxes, fees or other charges imposed upon the disposal of the Customer’s waste materials by Federal, State, local laws, and regulations. Payment shall be made by
Customer by credit card or, in the case of an existing and approved client, a good check within ten (10) days aŌer the receipt of an invoice from I & D Trucking LLC Dumpster
Services. I & D Trucking LLC Dumpster Services may
impose, and Customer agrees to pay, a late fee not to exceed the maximum rate allowed by applicable law for all past due payments. After 4 days, customers will incur a $15/day charge for container rental. This extra charge applies to all residential rentals unless you have arranged another long-term contract or agreement with I & D Trucking LLC Dumpster Services. All charges, fees, and/or assessments incurred by I & D Trucking LLC relative to the denial of payment to I & D Trucking LLC by Customer’s credit card company, bank or any other entry used by Customer in an
attempt to pay I & D Trucking LLC, are fully the responsibility of Customer and reimbursable
I &D Trucking LLC, in full, by Customer, plus Customer agrees to pay I & D Trucking LLC Dumpster Services a fee of $35.00 per denial.
