We had the privilege of hosting some of our incredible customers at Globe Life Field for a special Customer Appreciation Night as the Texas Rangers took on the New York Yankees. It was more than just a ballgame, it was an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and spend meaningful time with our customers, carrier partners, and ShipNova team members.

At ShipNova, Unreasonable Hospitality isn’t just a phrase, it’s a core value. We believe in going above and beyond to create memorable experiences, not just through our service, but through the relationships we build.

From laughs in the suite to high-fives after Josh Jung’s walk-off home run, the night was a celebration of partnership, connection, and community.

This past Friday, we took a break from the daily hustle and hit the streets of Downtown Denton for a team scavenger hunt with Let’s Roam!

Split into four teams of three, we raced against the clock to uncover hidden gems, answer trivia about local landmarks, and snap creative photos, all while learning more about our town and each other.

From vibrant murals to historic markers, every clue brought a new challenge and a whole lot of laughs. It was a great reminder that sometimes the best way to build stronger teams is to get outside, have a little fun, and work toward a common goal (even if it’s 100 degrees out 🥵).

Proud of our crew for showing up, solving fast, and making the most of a great afternoon!

We recently hosted a lunch & learn at ShipNova with one of our trusted carriers, Robert Mackey of IBX Transportation.

From communication best practices between brokers and carriers, to DOT compliance, safety protocols, and preventative maintenance. Mackey shared real, on-the-road insight that helps us serve our customers and partners better. It was also great to see the engagement and curiosity from our team.

We wrapped with a truck tour, learned more about the different truck components and the use cases, and swapped a few wild freight stories, too.

Most importantly, we left reminded that taking care of each other is how we deliver the most unreasonably hospitable experience possible.
