There are plenty of distractions out there and you must do whatever you need to protect your mental health...
But if you can't watch this and make some objective choices about what is best not only for yourself but your community and your country as a whole then maybe you should watch it again until you do. Integrity and character is not defined by what you do when it's easy but what you do when it's hard.

We are moving through the hard times and how you move not only affects your future but that of your children, their children, your neighbors, and the country.. My plea is for us to keep moving forward and not allowing fear anger and hatred to guide our choices and activities. We are moving through hard times but the important thing is to keep moving... And keep moving forward with love, peace, and kindness.
