The Battle Bus landed at Denton Airport!

We had a blast at yesterday’s Hallo-Wing event at Denton Enterprise Airport!

Our Piper Warrior transformed into a Fortnite-inspired Battle Bus, complete with a giant balloon, familiar passengers, and plenty of Halloween spirit!

We handed out lots of flying toys and candy and loved seeing all the kids, costumes, and families enjoying the airplanes!

A huge thank you to Shelt Air and Denton Enterprise Airport for making this event possible and bringing the community together for a fun day of aviation!

Where we droppin’, boys?!

FROM COLLEGE FOOTBALL TO THE FLIGHT DECK.

Congratulations to Gavin on passing his Private Pilot checkride!

Originally from Frisco, Texas, Gavin played college football at Oklahoma and Maryland before finding his way into aviation.

He credits Josh Plaster for introducing him to Above It All Aviation, along with his instructors Will Evans and Chema for helping him reach this first major milestone.

And he’s just getting started. Gavin plans to continue through his Instrument and Commercial ratings, earn his CFI, and ultimately work toward his goal of flying for a major airline.

Congratulations, Gavin! Private Pilot earned. Now on to Instrument!
