Now — the recipe:
- Grill your Hippey's Frank — real grill marks, not suggestions
- Grill the bun cut-side down until it has char
- Spread remoulade sauce or Creole mustard on both sides of the bun
- Frank in. Shredded romaine piled high.
- Three rounds of pickled okra along the length
- Heavy dusting of Creole seasoning

🌶️🌭 HOT DIGGITY DOGS.

Built around the Hippey's Jalapeño & Cheese Frank — which already has jalapeño and cheese baked into it. Then we added more jalapeño. Because why stop there.

Here's the build:
- Grill your Hippey's Jalapeño & Cheese Frank until the skin splits slightly and you have grill marks worth talking about
- Grill your bun cut-side down
- Top the frank with shredded jalapeño Jack cheese — it'll start to melt on contact
- Layer on sliced pickled jalapeños

That's it. Four steps to the spiciest, cheesiest thing on your grill this summer.

Taco Tuesday found out about Hippey's and it will never be the same.

🌮🌭 TACO DOGS — and yes, this is a real thing.

Here's the build:
- Grill your Hippey's Frank until you have grill marks
- Toast the bun
- Spoon thick beef chili over the frank end to end
- Drizzle con queso cheese sauce over the top
- Scatter tortilla strips across — don't skip this, the crunch is the whole point
- Add diced white onion and pickled jalapeños
- Squeeze of fresh lime over everything

Serve immediately. Do not wait. The tortilla strips will go soft and you will regret it.
