OmniTRAX is proud to celebrate with Pencco, Inc. on the opening of its new $20M facility on the ATN Railway—bringing 40 jobs to manufacture specialty products for treating water infrastructure across the Southeast.

The railroad bell presented by OmniTRAX to Pencco during the opening symbolizes what projects like this deliver: movement, connection, and opportunity.

Pencco’s investment reflects strong confidence in Gadsden and highlights what’s possible when industry, community, and rail partners work together.

Fantastic news for Ports of Indiana - Mount Vernon!

State and local officials celebrated the groundbreaking of Consolidated Grain and Barge Co.’s (CGB) $47 million expansion at Ports of Indiana-Mount Vernon, the largest investment at Indiana’s largest port in more than 20 years. Consolidated Grain and Barge Co. is a wholly owned subsidiary of CGB Enterprises, Inc.

Last week, OmniTRAX dedicated the Piacente Rail Yard at Savannah Industrial Transportation (SIT), recognizing Board Member Dean Piacente’s commitment to helping bring Georgia’s first new railroad in more than 50 years to full operation.

Serving the 2,600-acre Savannah Gateway Industrial Hub, SIT provides critical rail connectivity to the Port of Savannah and the North American freight rail network. As rail volumes continue to grow, the Piacente Rail Yard will support expanding industrial development and supply chain activity in one of the nation’s fastest-growing logistics markets.
