Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
We are looking for a dispatcher and customer service representative to join our team. Prior work in logistics or dispatching is highly desired. We are an established reputable messenger/courier/logistics company for over 30 yrs along the front range. The Call/Dispatch center is located in Boulder County. Hours are 9am-4pm M-F

Responsibilities and Duties -Communication with couriers, customer service reps, and customers is vital throughout the day.

Assisting with incoming customer calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs
Speak with drivers and other CSR’s to coordinate deliveries.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Processing web orders
Qualifications and Skills

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CSR systems and practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree

The youth in our most underserved and marginalized communities crying out for opportunities to cultivate confidence, resilience, and belonging. As economic barriers grow, an entire generation of youth from historically excluded backgrounds lack access to experiences building life-enriching skills through play, creativity, and movement. Pedaling Minds fills this need by providing bicycle lessons that strengthen self-efficacy, health, and social bonds. To help support our free bicycle programs for youth with the highest need, we welcome you to join us for our live fundraiser event on Sunday, March 3rd at 1pm. Below are more details:

When: Sunday, March 3rd 1-4pm

Where: Dairy Arts Center's Gordon Gamm Theater at 2590 Walnut St, Boulder, CO 80302

What: a film screening of E.T.

Tickets: Free! Suggested donation is $25 per ticket

Event Agenda:

1-2pm: Juice Box Social

Enjoy free non-alcoholic drinks, hang out with community members, participate in an interactive bicycle STEM experiment, meet the Pedaling Minds staff, learn about what Pedaling Minds is doing in the community in 2024, and dress up like ET or another character from the film!

2-3:55pm: Watch E.T.
