We have been in business going on 5 years fully committed to Microsoft products. As of last week, we did a Microsoft update in our email servers went down. This has impacted our board as the servers continue to crash.
We have a ticket actively being worked on, but we did try to roll back to the previous version of our Microsoft licenses, but this rollback was unsuccessful .
Microsoft has insured us that this will be resolved, but it still may impact us a few more business days .
Our company is grateful for your customers and new customers and we pride ourselves on being in business as a reliable Expedite company . Our load board Has been a reflection of our business and our profitability and helping others grow their companies as carriers or dispatchers. We’re doing everything possibleto come back online with our load board and connect you back with daily Expedite freight.
Thank you for your patience. All customers will receive updates once services have been fully restored by Microsoft support team. Additionally, we will update in regards to issuing a credit for next month services pro rating and discounting subscriptions with a coupon.

This is the first time in a five-year history that we’ve had this occurred with our services, but this is being rectified, and Microsoft is being very thorough to ensure that we do not have another incident like this with an update to our custom technology.
None of our other services have been impacted by this temporary glitch. We still have carriers receiving Dispatch services as well as both carriers and Dispatch, utilizing TMS software.
