We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering packages and goods to customers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver packages and goods to customers
• Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Handle packages with care and attention to detail
• Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays, issues, or changes in delivery schedule
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any issues that may arise
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Self-starter
• Valid chauffeur driver's license with a clean driving record
• Driver must have excellent driving skills, knowledge of traffic rules and regulations
• Ability to lift and maneuver packages of up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a delivery driver or in a related field
• Knowledge of the local area
• Ability to work in a team environment
