When I was 5 years old my parents took me on my first cruise, to Alaska! On returning, my teacher called my parents in to school because she was concerned about my "over active imagination" when I described seeing Killer Whales and glaciers on my summer vacation! My mother reassured her that I had actually done those things. Over the years we were lucky enough to travel regularly including touring
England, France and Italy as well as many other places. Over 30 years after my first cruise I returned to Alaska again, this time not only with my parents and sisters, this time my wife my 2 sons and my nephews (as well as some great friends) were all there! I know they will cherish the memory of this cruise for as long as I have. Combined my mother and I have traveled to over 70 countries. This number goes up if you include my father and my wife! Between the 2 of us we have cruised most of the world, on a variety of ships including Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Princess, Celebrity, Oceania, Crystal, Norwegian and Holland America.
