Dorchester Shipyard, located in Dorchester, NJ on the Maurice River, has been serving the local fleets for well over 100 years. From wooden oyster boats and schooners to modern day steel commercial fishing vessels, tow boats and barges, Dorchester Shipyard continues to be there when you need us. Vessels to 500 tons are hauled on our railway and on our new Dry Dock. Hauling, steel work and repair;
