🚛 Real Freight Talk: Know Your Cost Per Mile

If you don’t know your cost per mile, you don’t know if you’re really getting paid.

Quick way to run it:

1️⃣ Add up your monthly bills
(truck note, insurance, permits, ELD, office stuff)

2️⃣ Add your on-the-road money
(fuel, maintenance, tires, tolls)

3️⃣ Figure out how many miles you actually run

4️⃣ Do the math:
All that ÷ miles = your real cost per mile

If the load ain’t paying more than that, you just working… not profiting.
