Thank you all for an amazing 2025 summer season! We are now transitioning into our fall off season hours. For September and October we will be staffing our office on weekends only (except October 11th & 12th - we will be out of town on a family trip). If you would like a boat on a weekday we can do that! Help support the park you love. 💚 We are in need of volunteer ambassadors to join the park support group, the Claytor Lake State Park Ambassadors.

🤝 Our ambassadors help the park by volunteering, raising funds for equipment, supplies, services, assisting at special events and more. Join us at the monthly ambassador meeting (typically every 3rd Tuesday) to get involved or contact the park.

ℹ️ There is no parking fee due to attend the meeting. Please park at the Water's Edge Meeting Facility located adjacent to the marina. Please monitor the event listing on the park's website for meeting updates and announcements in case of inclement weather, cancellations, etc.
