This month's good Samaritan award goes to Bob Davis of Bob Davis trucking. Bob spotted this issue and was able to flag our star driver Dewey Nottingham off the highway. Guys like Bob are few and far between. Thank you for keeping the highways safe and our driver from looking like a clown. You are such a great friend.

Employee of the month of June goes to #42543 Dewey Nottingham. Basically he shows up and works pretty hard. He has managed to keep his bumper lights on and working for a few months now. However due to the 2 days missed last week goofing off at some nonsense truck show and the 1 load missed this week for a worn out power divider rebuild we will be unable to reward him with a bonus. Wish him better luck next time.

So as the 2020 is soon coming to an end we are starting to evaluate our drivers performance for the year. So this year driver #125384 Dewey Nottingham is not looking like a candidate for the BigRig star driver of the year award. Just this year alone 1 engine, 1 radiator, brakes ,tires and countless miscellaneous items. Not to mention the endless loss of bumper lights.(knocked one of this week actually). So that being said I think we might just let the public vote on his future with BigRig transportation.

Driver #243567 Dewey Nottingham will again not be getting his quarterly bonus. Claims he drug off the bummer light this time leaving the fuel stop. If he had not insisted on changing to low rubber this wouldn't be an ongoing issue. Rising the mounting brackets should cure this but nothing will fix the poor quality of driver.

In this time of uncertainty we have quarantined our driver #34673956. He will not be allowed to leave the build but must polish and clean the truck.

Dewey Nottingham is boarder line of be excuses from his duties. Anymore photos show up like this polluting our environment we will be forced to fire him. Unacceptable!!

Welp once again driver #34834532 Dewey Nottingham lost his bonus for the month of December. Christmas bonus may be compromised as well.

Welp just hours before what would've been a great bonus for our driver Dewey Nottingham he broke a chicken light off the bumper. Here at Bigrig transportation we do not let things of this nature go without punishment. He will not receive his October bonus and is being charged for the cost of the light and labor of replaced.

Well after a long meeting this morning with our driver Dewey Nottingham we have decided that no disciplinary action will take place this time. Just a verbal warning about wearing parts out like this drag link. Hopefully he will try harder in the future.
