At Emmanuel Medical Transport, we know that excellence isn't built in a single day. It's built through showing up, serving others, solving problems, and remaining committed; even when the days are long.

This summer, we were blessed to have Crystal and Georgia as part of our team. As they prepare to return to the school system, we want to publicly thank them for the professionalism, compassion, and dedication they brought to our organization.

Whether transporting patients safely, supporting our daily operations, or simply being dependable teammates, they made a meaningful difference. Their persistence, positive attitudes, and willingness to serve helped strengthen our mission of providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation to those who depend on us.

While we're sad to see them go, we're excited for the next chapter of their journey and know they will continue making an impact in the lives of the students and families they serve.

While reviewing trip information on one of our broker platforms, we came across a special note entered in the Additional Patient Info section. This was not a social media review. This was not a comment made for public recognition. This was a patient simply communicating who they trust to transport them. And that means everything to us.

At Emmanuel Medical Transport, we understand that transportation is about more than arriving at a destination. It is about how a patient feels while in our care. It is about safety, dignity, patience and respect. And for our wheelchair passengers, it is about knowing that both they and their mobility equipment will be handled with care.

The older I get, the more I appreciate the wisdom, values, work ethic, and life lessons my father poured into me. As a business owner who wears many hats, I often find myself drawing from principles he taught me long ago. His influence continues to shape the decisions I make, the way I lead, and the person I strive to be.

This Father's Day will be especially meaningful as I reflect on the life and legacy of my father, Jerome Kennedy McLean Sr., who went home to be with the Lord on February 25, 2022. While I miss him deeply, I remain grateful for the foundation he helped build in my life.

As we approach Father's Day, we honor the fathers, mentors, and father figures whose wisdom continues to guide us long after the conversations have ended and whose legacy continues to shape future generations.
